Summer Bridal Shower

Good afternoon lovies! Is it already Thursday?? I've had such a busy week, from visiting family, to Fiesta Days Rodeo nights, work, school, and as you probably gathered from the photos... a bridal shower! And not just any shower, it's the first one we've hosted and were lucky enough to do it for our fabulous neighbor, Whitney. The shower was held in our backyard, just like my graduation party was set up, and mom and I had quite a bit of fun decorating :) So of course I snapped some pictures to share with you all! Follow along on my Vsco Journal for more!

For a sweet little dessert we had cut up squares of shortcake in cute little mason jars, and a few bowls of strawberries and raspberries to be topped of with whip cream! It was so yummy, and I'm not one for cakes so that's saying something! It was a small little shower for our neighborhood and friends, so it was nice and intimate. A creative activity you might have noticed a few pics up, was a Jenga game set up on a separate table. Guests were able to write a few words of advice on a block and stack them up to make the tower. Isn't that cute??!
Congratulations to the happy and beautiful couple! Thanks for letting us be apart of your celebration (as we will be in Europe during their wedding), wish you the best in your futures together!
Do you have any fun summer weddings or celebrations? Utah weddings are especially popular this time of year:)
Thanks for stopping by! XOXO.
