Getting Freaky in Boise / Labor Day Weekend

Hello! Over Labor Day weekend we took a mini vacation to visit family up in Boise and it was pretty neat! We got to explore a little bit of downtown Boise at a farmer's market one Saturday morning and one of the spots we checked out was a little ghetto called Freak Alley. Ever heard of it? It's seriously cool. Professional graffiti artists' come from all over the world to masterpiece this network of stone alley's. It reminded me of when I first passed the Mexican border into Tijuana, there was graffiti all over the street overpasses and old buildings, but Freak Alley was much more aesthetically pleasing! Boise is a hip city and I loved getting to see a little bit of where my family lives. It was also such a great trip because so much of my cousins and their families were able to come as well, making it a sweet weekend with my loved ones.
